Part Canadian, part Israeli, but born in the Dominican Republic. You don’t find that combination often and it means Benyam is the perfect connector between buyer and seller of properties in the Dominican Republic. He speaks fluent English, Hebrew, Spanish & Dominican (yes there is a difference). With over 10 years of practical permaculture-culture experience, he can help you find exactly what you need to make your dream come true.

Originally from the Netherlands, Erik came to the island for a freelance job. The plan was to stay for 3 month. A year later he’s still here, fell in love with the island and bought his own property to fulfill his own dream of sustainable living. As a certified Permaculture Designer, he’s passionate about helping you find your perfect property match, and live your own dream.
Digital Wizard: Sina Sadeghi
Half Austrian and half Iranian, Sina moved to Sosua at the age of 6. Although he’s also an avid nature fan, his passions ultimately led him down a more technical path, including web design, VR experiences, and architectural visualizations. Sina will make sure your listing is optimized for the web and always accessible, as well as help with any technical aspect of your listing.
